Confirm first and last legal names only as well as date of birth with her. No nicknames or middle names

ONLY CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED

Passports are not required but are recommended. If you are not using a passport then you must bring the following: a certified birth certificate with seal and government issued photo ID (driver’s license) and married ladies using birth certificate must also bring their marriage certificate to show the name change. All names must match all documents. This applies to U.S. citizens only! All others MUST have Passports.

Any children sailing must be in the cabin with their parents or in a cabin next to their parents.

Once your cabin reaches the full $500 deposit by Nov. 9th, 2011 you will be assigned a cabin number. If you would like your cabin near to certain passengers please give Kelly that information beforehand.

Travel Insurance and Prepaid gratuities can be added on a per cabin basis. Insurance is starting at $89 per person. Prepaid gratuities are $104.85 per passenger.
